The Repair Process
Collision Repair will:
1. Provide a written estimate of damage on your vehicle.
2. Provide a computerized estimate of all the known damage.
3. Explain each item and tell you what work will be done to your vehicle.
4. Check to see if your insurance will cover a rental vehicle. We have both rentals and loan vehicles.

Once the estimate is approved:
1. Replacement parts are ordered.
2. The damaged area is dismantled and inspected for any hidden damage.
3. Frame is repaired (if necessary).
4. Once parts arrive, vehicle is repaired to pre-accident condition.
5. Refinished with Sherwin-Williams products.
6. Vehicle is cleaned, detailed and readied for delivery.
